Hi Kristen, I can't wait to tell you about my big adventure with Uncle Chuck! We traveled across the whole USA together! When I arrived at Uncle Chuck's house in Massachusetts he was happy to see me. Massachusetts is a small state with a big name. It is on the east coast of the USA. The winters there are very snowy and this time of year in the early spring it rains a lot and the weather is yucky. Uncle Chuck said, "Flat Stanley, you have arrived just in time. This is the time of year when it is nice to get away from the yucky weather here. You can fly to California with me where it is warm and sunny!" The next morning Uncle Chuck kissed Aunt Wendy goodbye and we were off on our big adventure. We stopped at Uncle Chuck's workplace for a while. I got to see the scientific laboratory where he works. He gave me some safety glasses so my eyes would not get hurt. | ||
